During CycleFusion, you'll alternate between cycling intervals and strength training out of the saddle. This innovative, one of a kind class uses a variety of equipment including TRX, BOSUs, hand weights & more.
Spend 30 minutes in the saddle completing heart-pumping, cardio intervals. After a half hour of sweaty riding, move to the mat for 15 minutes of focused core and abdominal exercises.

This class is designed for people with cycling experience. Push yourself a little bit harder. Challenge yourself a touch more. Be prepared for some serious sweating & burning!
This 55-minute class format has quickly stolen client's hearts! Spend 20 minutes sweating through cycling intervals to the best beats. Transition to the floor for TRX suspension training for 25 minutes. Work through exercises that target your entire body - all muscles will benefit! Lastly, hop back on the bike for the final 10 minutes of class to get your heart rate back up with a cardio burst.
Note about shoes: Wear SPD compatible cycling shoes or cross training shoes for all classes except CycleFusion & CycleTRX which require cross training shoes.
